Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the external parts and thus facilitate an easy IC formation for the oscillating device using the PUT part. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor 16 is charged by constant current 12 when the PUT part comprising transistors 17-19 is turned off. When the potential of terminal 13 increases gradually to exceed the level obtained by adding the base-emitter voltage to the base potential of transistor 17, the PUT part is turned on to extract the output through terminal 20. Resistor 14 decides the discharge time of capacitor 16 along with resistor 21. When the discharge is over for capacitor 16, the PUT part is changed to OFF from ON to repeat the above-mentioned state.
