Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the plating or electrolytic cleaning speed considerably, by using a material to be processing as the cathode or the anode and by vibrating it in a high speed with a specific frequency and a specific amplitude in the bath.

Therefore, turbulence is generated for movement of the electrolytic solution, and the plating or electrolytic cleaning speed is improved considerably.
