Then, the internal state of process input-output device PIO receiving the state of selected object D to be processed and that of electric circuit CC are stored in auxiliary memory unit BULK via CPU and also displayed on CRT as operation guidances. Thus, the operation of an operator is rationalized and it is made possible to check operation contents via CRT, thereby making it easy to find abnormaltity.
