Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of washing waste water and to simplify the treatment, by making treating vessel of chromate treating apparatus porous and freely rotatable. CONSTITUTION:The material to be treated 18 is filled in the gold basket 7 and is put in the porous treating vessel 6. The vessel 6 is rotated intermittenly or reversely by driving the motor M1 and the automatic valve M4 is shut and then, washing water is sent by the pump P3. Water level is controlled by the level gauge L. Next, the washing method 1 for recovering waste water to the washing water tank D and whasing method 1 for sprinkling on the material 18 are carried out. The above- mentioned washing is the first washing process. Here, nitric acid is sent to the vessel 6 by the same operation as the washing process and the material 18 is washed at the second washing process through the nitric acid treating process and then, chromate solution is sent to the vessel 6 in the same way and moreover, the material 18 is washed at the third washing process through the chromate treating process. One or two process selected from the first, second and third washing process and the washing method 1, are always necessary to carry out.
