CONSTITUTION:An agitator 15 is dipped in a tank which stores a chemical soln. and while part of the chemical soln. sucked by a sprayer is being fed to a high- pressure hose 16, the soln. is agitated. Thence, after the chemical water of a high pressure has flowed from a joint 14 into a pipe body 11, it is flowed into injection pipes 3, 3' of a boss 2 through the vertical pipe being mounted on a bearing metal 13. Then it is injected into injection cylinders 8, 8' as high-pressure water from the injection nozzles 4, 4' at the end of the pipes 3, 3', and at the near part of the nozzles 4, 4', the chemical soln. is induced to low-pressure. Thence, the chemical soln. is flowed from the bottom part and top face part of a cylindrical cover 7 to the nozzle 4, 4' directions and while it is being injected from the cylinders 8, 8' as jet water, the cover 7 is rotated around a metal 13 by the reaction force thereof. The chemical soln. is then agitated by the jet water injected from the cylinders 8, 8' to the tank inside wall while the rotating speed of the cover 7 is being controlled by the angles of the agitating resistance vanes 10, 10' mounted to a shaft piece 9.
