Abstract

PURPOSE: To regularly accumulate record paper sheets in order of discharge thereof with their record surfaces turned over by disposing an arcuately formed paper receiving member and an angularly bent paper receiving member to define between a lower end of the arcuately formed paper receiving member and a paper abutting portion of the angularly bent paper receiving member an acutely angled recess for clamping therein a leading end of a record paper sheet introduced thereto.
CONSTITUTION: A record paper sheet 2 is quided to a paper receiving plate 4 and the leading end thereof is permitted to drop onto a drop receiving poriton 7 of a second paper receiving plate 6 and is clamped in an acutely angled recess 8. The record sheet 2 then pivots itself about the leading end thereof due to multiplied effects of a force of inertia and an elastic force of the record sheet 2 and its own weight to be inverted to face the record surface of the record sheet to the seconrd paper receiving plate 6 so that the record sheet 2 is accummulated on the paper receiving plate 6 with the record surface thereof turned over. Thus, succeeding record sheets 2 are also turned over with their leanding ends clamped in the acutely angled recess 8 and successively accummulated on the second paper receiving plate 6.
