Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform the individual restriction release for subscribers, by providing the detection means which detects the presence of incoming call in the call restriction of subscribers, with the line corresponding circuit, and gating the subscriber group callout restriction signal with the output. CONSTITUTION:From a shift register SR, the presence of incoming call is detected and the incoming call detection signal RSD taking the level as ''1'' is output. The signal RSD is fed to another input of a NAND gate G3 one input of which has a hook signal LSCN, the output of the NAND gate G3 is taken for logical sum with a signal GSD at an AND gate G4, and the result is fed to a driver circuit DR2 via an OR gate G5. The test switch signal ARSD from the register SR is fed to another input of the OR gate G5, and various tests can be made by making the level of the signal ARSD as ''1'' independently of the output of the AND gate G4.
