Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain miniature and lightweight structure by interlocking and driving a pliers-shaped body with a detection plate to a pronged body via a suspension plate.
CONSTITUTION: Suspension plate 3 is fitted to pronged body 2 connected to the cylinder rod and its lower part is inserted in reels 5 and 5' pivoted on the upper parts of a couple of movable pieces (a) and (a') of pliers-shaped body 4 pivoted on pivot 6. To the lower parts of movable pieces (a) and (a'), bases 7 and 7' to which detection plates 8 and 8' are connected are fixed. Consequently, when pronged body 2 and suspension plate 3 are lowered according to the elongaion of the cylinder rod, the lower parts of movable pieces (a) and (a'), namely, detection plates 8 and 8' are opened outward around pivot 6 as a fulcrum and their tips push root of the lead wire of capacitor 1 to be inspected. Then, when the welding strength of the lead wire is normal, they stop there and when not, they keep on spreading to place limit switches 9 and 9' closer and closer to the recorder, which records the defective.
