Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the content of fats and oils not more than 1wt% and to increase the yield of embryonic milk product, by mixing corns in a blender with flades at a given speed so that embryo buds and the husk of the corns are scraped off, and by leaving the hard embryonic milk.
