PURPOSE:To make it possible to attain clear and accurate communication within a practical communication distance of an extremely weak radio wave, by providing a receiving-transmitting device that converts required communication information into a fixed form of information and then receives and transmits a pulse signal FSK- modulated an abbreviated code signal for fixed-form information transfer. CONSTITUTION:In read-only memory ROM, equipment-kind discrimination codes and information codes that correspond fixed-form information are previously stored. In transmission, a party-side discrimination code and prescribed information code are inputted from keyboard KEY to controller C, through which a prescribed code signal is read out of ROM and an abbreviated code that corresponds to the readout signal is passed through latch circuit L and series buffer B2 and FSK-modulated by modulator MOD before being sent out of the antenna.
