Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a unit of simple structure with excellent reliability and mass- producibility by forming a transmitting-receiving circuit part of strip lines on a dielectric substrate, on which an antenna part is constituted, in one body. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of dielectric substrate 21, earth conductor layer 22 is provided and in this earth conductor layer 22, many slots 23 as antenna elements are formed in array. On the other surface of dielectric substrate 21, on the other hand, feeding strip line 24 is provided which consists of horizontal-plane feedup and down from those feeders, and indireidual feeders branched ers extending right and left from feeding point 25, vertical-plane feeders branched right from those vertical-plane feeders. Then, individual feeders extend to slots 23 and couple with them electromagnetically. On dielectric substrate 21, transmitting-receiving circuit part 29 consisting of local oscillators, mixer diodes, etc., and constituted by strip lines is provided and connected to feeding point 25 of feeding strip line 24.
