Abstract
PURPOSE:To greatly shorten the time required for laminating work, by previously laminating linking cores so that the cut edges are alternately shifted, and sequentially inserting a desired number of inserting cores into the spaces formed by the previous work. CONSTITUTION:On the flange of the lower tank of a transformer, the desired number of linking cores 6 are preliminarily laminated so that the cut edges thereof are alternately shifted. Then, the inserting cores 7 are sequentially inserted into the spaces 8 formed between the cores 6. In inserting the cores 7, the top side and the bottom side are inverted at every lamination; thereby the short edge and the long edge are alternately arranged at the connecting portion with the cores 6, and the connecting portion is balanced. In this method, the time required for laminating work is greatly shortened.
