Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable accurate acceleration regardless of variation in power supply voltage and accurate opening of a starting circuit by opening a capacitor circuit of a starting winding by two stages in which it is divided into two parallel circuits. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit having main windings and detection coils is divided into a series circuit of the first main winding 1a and the first detection coil 2a and a series circuit of the second main winding 1b and the second detection coil 2b which are connected in parallel. On the other hand, capacitors and switching contacts connected in series to a starting winding 3 are devided into a series circuit of the first capacitor 4a and the first switching contact 5a and a series circuit of the second capacitor 4b and the second switching contact 5b which are connected in pareallel. Two detection switches 6a and 6b differ from each other in action characteristics. This assures stable acceleration characteristic while accurate opening of the starting circuit.
