Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify mounting of a track to ballast and improve the accuracy of surfaces by a mechanism wherein a case in fiber reinforced plastic is divided into two portions, and coils are housed in one case while the other case is fitted in an attachable shape. CONSTITUTION:Fiber reinforced plastic is pressed and molded in a fixed metal mold, upper cases 6 and lower cases 7 divided into two portions are manufactured, and the upper cases 6 and the lower cases 7 are formed in shapes that can be fitted. With the upper cases 6, projections 11a are formed to the lower portions of the one end surfaces and projections 11b to the upper portions of the other end surfaces, and adjacent cases 6 can mutually be connected. Coil bodies 5 separately made up are housed in the lower cases 7 while the lower cases 7 are fitted to the upper cases 6, and a plurality of upper cases 6 being fitted with lower cases 7 housing the coil bodies 5 are connected successively until a necessary number of coil bodies are obtained.
