Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize a processing method with a high energy efficiency and without causing any contamination of environment, by removing the juice out of the organic waste to classify it into the soft and coarse solid components and then giving a treatment to each component.
CONSTITUTION: The city waste (a) including the kitchen waste and the agricultural/aquatic waste is classified into the juicy/soft component (b) and the coarse solid component (c) including wood/fiber component and others through the juice remover 1. Then the component (b) is thrown into the anaerobic digester 5 for the anaerobic fermentation, and the generated digestion gas (d) is stored in the gas tank 7 to be used when necessary as the heat source. Furthermore, the digested liquid exhausted from the digester 5 undergoes a separation for the digestion residue (b) through the solid separator 6 to be then treated along with the component (c). The component (c) is put into the fusion/decomposition device 4 for treatment via crashing device 2 and the preheating dryer 3 each.
