Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate extremely the set-in operation of the clutch shifter arm, by securing an immediate support of the fulcrum pin of the clutch shifter arm to the case bar through an operation to give a mutual attachment to the case bars.
CONSTITUTION: For the assembly, the bearing 3 is fitted previously to the left and right wheel shafts 4, and at the same time the clutch part 9 such as the wheel sprocket 6, the operation barrel 7 or the like is mounted. Then the shifter piece 12c of the clutch shifter arm 12 is engaged to the barrel 7; and the arm 12d is engaged to the operation levers 14 and 15 respectively. And the aperture fringe parts of the case bars 1 are matched with each other while fitting the shaft support part 1a of the left and right case bars 1 with the holder 11 inserted fittably to the shaft 4. Thus the part 1a of the bar 1 is fitted to the bearing 3, and at the same time the fulcrum pin 13 of arm 12 is mounted to the elastic mounting part 11a in an elastic way. Thus the case bars 1 are melt-stuck or fastened by the bolt to each other. As a result, the driving chain case 2 incorporating the clutch part is assembled.
