Abstract
PURPOSE: To economically construct the continuous underground wall by driving a guide member in a hole drilled of a diameter smaller than trench width excavated later and excavating a trench with the help of the guide member, with regard to the construction of profound-depth continuous underground wall.
CONSTITUTION: The hole 12 of the minimum diameter which is of smaller diameter than the width of the trench 20 and sufficient to apply watertight process, is drilled at a prearranged interval. Then in each drilled hole, the guide member 14 of H shape cross-section is driven. Next, hardening material having water tight property and easyly excavated later like cement, is filled in each hole. Later, the trench 20 is excavated applying a mud water method between the said guide members 14 under the guidance of the said guide members 14. After this procedure, the slurry inside the said trench is caused to be hardened, thus constructing a continuous underground wall. In this way, it is possible to save steel material as guide member and excavate a trench under the guidance of guide member. Consequently, profound-depth underground wall of high precision can be constructed.
