Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain steadily a thickly raised printing matter without giving pressure to a base by a method wherein a screen stencil is arranged at some interval above the printing base and thermofusing resin powder is let to fall and pile from openings of the screen stencil.
CONSTITUTION: First, the printing base 1 is placed quietly and horizontally and the screen stencil 2 is held horizontally at a given clearance above this base. Then, powder 5 based on a thermofusing resin composition is supplied onto the screen stencil 2, dropped from openings 3 of the screen stencil 2 scratching the surface thereof with a spatula 4 and is let to pile on the base 1. When the base 1 which has been printed is brought into a heating apparatus, the powder 5 is heated, fushed and then cooled to obtain a printed matter having raised printing 27 on the printing base 26.
