Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable solar energy to be effectively abosorbed by increasing a light receiving surface of a solar energy absorbing pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Within a casing 1 equipped with a detachable transparent cover 2 is placed a water tank 5 equipped with a water supply pipe 3 and a water conveyance pipe 4, and a heat insulator 6 is filled between casing 1 and the water tank 5. At a top portion of the water tank 5 is provided a heat absorbing piping 7 comprising square tubes connected in juxtaposition, sloped surfaces of which are positioned above and below a water surface. Carbon 7' is deposited on the upper sloped surfaces of the square tubes to serve as heat absorbing surfaces. Opposite ends of the lower surfaces of the square tubes are formed with circulation notches 8.
