Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to constitute a differentiating circuit of simple constitution, by supplying the power source voltage to one output circuit out of circuits, which are connected differentially, through a time constant circuit. CONSTITUTION:When input signal A is high-level, transistors TrQ1, Q2 are turned on and off respectively, and the collector potential of TrQ1 is clamped by diodes D1 and D2. At this time, TrQ3 is turned off. When input signal A becomes low- level, TrQ1 is turned off, and TrQ2 is turned on, and therefore, output signal C is lowered to VB-(VD1+R2I1) (however, VB and VD1 are the power source voltage and the forward voltage of diode D1 respectively). The base potential of TrQ3 rises with the time constant of capacitor C1 and resistance R1; and when TrQ3 is turned on, the level of output signal C rises up to the emitter voltage of TrQ3, namely, VB-VBEQ3. Consequently, output sinal C becomes a differential pulse for the rise of input signal A.
