CONSTITUTION:The speed control of the motor M which is driven by an AC power supply 12 is performed by controlling the conducting period of a TRIAC13. To a ring counter 19, the pulse whose frequency is higher than that of the power supply 12, is applied from an oscillator 20. The pulse is applied to a clear terminal CR from a synchronization control unit F at every half cycle of the power supply 12.
