Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain balanced power by obtaining a directly amplified rotating power through a buoyant force which swings corresponding to the rise and the fall of the surface of the sea by waves to smoothly rotating a flywheel.
CONSTITUTION: A top of a long arm 4 revolves along a large arc in accordance with a revolution of a short arm 5 which is connected to a buoy 7 which rises and falls corresponding to the motion of waves, and a chain wheel 2 is turned being engaged with a chain 8 which is shifted for a considerable distance in accordance with the revolution of the long arm 4. The revolution turns a rotating shaft 1 which is engaged through a ratchet mechanism 3, and a fly wheel 10 is provided on each rotating shaft 1 of which rotation turns a power obtaining shaft which is connected by a belt and a gear, etc. Being thus constituted, constant power can be obtained from the buoy 7 which rises or falls by the waves.
