Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the rustproof power in fabricating panels by adhering the sheet-form adhesive having adhesive on a part of the surface onto the connection part of panels and allowing the connection parts to be jointed each other through adhesive. CONSTITUTION:In fabricating the inner 11 and the outer panels 48 of a door, a sheet-form adhesive material 13 having adhesive 14 is adhered onto the connection part 12 of the outer panel 11. The inner panel 48 is put upon the panel 11, and the connection part 12 of the inner panel 11 is folded, and both panels 11 and 48 are united. At this time, the adhesive 13 deforms plastically with the connection part 12 of the outer panel 11 and is put between the connection parts 12 and 49 of both panels 11 and 48. Then, in partial heating process, the united substance is heated, allowing electric current to flow only through the folded part of the outer panel 11, and the adhesive 13 is melted, and then the substance is cooled and solidified, and thus certain joint is obtained.
