Abstract

When the pressure difference between the rooms including the inlet 2 and the outlet 3, is high, the overflow board 8 is provided with backward of the board 5 neighboring it in parallel with the board 5. Hereby, the pressure difference of neighboring two rooms, is compensated by the liquid head difference of one room and the backward overflow passage 9 and the liquid level of each room can be lowered.
