Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a cured surface layer efficiently by a method wherein a paint coating is formed on a necessary portion of an article to be treated such as a NC apparatus in a desired pattern by using a paint containing a curing agent mixed therein and the baking is carried out by focusing and irradiating magnetic wave to said paint coating. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive paint 7 containing a curing agent mixed therein is flowed downwardly and coated on an article 1 to be treated from a supply nozzle 6 controlled by a solenoid valve 9. In coating a paint, an X-axis motor 4 and a Y- axis motor 5 are driven by the control of a NC control apparatus 3 to carry out the sending of the article 1 to be treated on a table 2 and the control of the valve 9. Subsequently, a switch 14 is switched to operate a laser osccilator 10 and the paint coating is subjected to the backing treatment by irradiating a laser beam. In carrying out this laser irradiation, the article 1 to be treated is subjected to the shape movement control by the NC control. Thereby, the surface curing treatment of a necessary portion and a desired shape can be obtained in extremely high accuracy.
