Abstract
PURPOSE:To make stable the performance of magnetic head core to be formed, by laminating a plurality of types of the sendust high permeability alloy thin band consisting of Al, Si, Fe, different from the temperature characteristics of permeability, and making flat the magnetism-temperature characterstics. CONSTITUTION:In forming the magnetic head core by using the sendust high permeability alloy thin band, consisting of 4-7% Al, 8-11% Si, and balance Fe mainly, a plurality of types different from the temperautre characteristics of permeability are laminated, and the temperature characteristics of average permeability is made flat within the used temperature range and used as the magnetic head core material. For example, the sendust thin band core chip of the consitution of 80.02Fe, 5.09Al and 9.89 Si, having the maximum value of permeability and the minimum value of coercive force at comparatively lower temperature, and the sendust thin band core piece of 85.01Fe, 5.30Al and 9.69Si having the maximum value of permeability and the minimum value of coercive force at a comparatively high temperature, are alternately laminated to form the head core.
