Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an inorganic bulking agent-containing thermoplastic resin material from drooling in time of the injection molding by a method wherein small holes are provided on the inner surface of a die gate in a specified direction. CONSTITUTION:For example, (A) a hundred parts by weight of thermoplastic resin component composed of low molecular weight thermoplastic resin 50-100wt% with a mean molecular weight 300-5,000, ring and ball method softening points 60-200 deg.C and high molecular thermoplastic resin 0-50% with a mean molecular weight 5,000 or more and (B) 50-900 parts of inorganic powder bulking agent such as heavy calcium carbonate, etc. are melted and kneaded first. Then, the molten material 4 is injected into a cavity 6 through the gate bush 1 of a fixed mold 5 which is provided with small holes 2 in the direction intersecting with the injecting direction of the material 4. When the mold is opened, a product 10 is taken out as the fixed materials 11, 12 are left in the gate 1 and the small holes 2. This residual material 11 is extruded by the injecting pressure of the following molten material 4, melted, mixed and molded in the cavity 6. The residual material 12 is melted with the molten material 4 into a unitary body.
