Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a strong and highly conductive negative plate by using conductive plastics dispersed with carbon fine particles as an adhesive for bonding a substrate metal and matrix material. CONSTITUTION:A conductive plastics in which carbon fine particles such as acetylene black or furnace black is dispersed is coated as a bonding agent on an acid- resisting metal substrate of a noble metal such as tantalum, gold, or plutinum or of titanium or nickel coated with a noble metal, and active carbon particles of appropriate size are bonded on it as a matrix material.
