Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and assemblies and improve precision by integrally molding a lens whose inside diameter is a specific factor of the height of the cylinder in an electrode in which a principal lens consists of three cylinders. CONSTITUTION:The open ends of two differently draw-formed cups 21 are combined with each other and lenses 24a, 24b, and 24c with three cylinders 23a, 23b, and 23c are integrally formed approximately along a straight line from a planer material on the bottom of these cups 21. The three cylinders 23a-23c are integrally molded so that their height (h) can simultaneously satisfy 0.5<=h/d<=0.7 (d: their inside diameter). This permits an integral molding of each lens with its cylinder having a sufficient height. It can also reduce the number of parts and assemblies and improved precision.
