Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the filtering efficiency and the collecting efficiency of dusts by a method wherein plural chrysanthemum flower like filter material is provided to an outer periphery of a cylinder so as to form a gap and small pores are provided to a filter material of an inflow side.
CONSTITUTION: Chrysanthemum flower like filter materials 4,5 are arranged to an outer periphery of a pore drilled cylinder 3 in an stacked manner and small pores 7 cominucated with a gap 6 formed between the filter materials 4,5 are provided to the filter material of an inflow side. A fluid flowed into a case main body 12 from an inflow port 10 is reached to a surface of the filter material 5. A portion of the fluid passed the filter material 4 of an effluent side through small pores 7, the gap 6 to completely filter dusts therein and sent out to an outflow port 11 from a flow passage 17. In this case, because the small pores 7 are provided to the filter material 5 of an inflow side, the pressure differential of both sides of the filter material is reduced, and the collecting capacity of dusts is enhanced. Thereby, fine dusts can be collected and a filter body with high filtering capacity and long life is obtained.
