CONSTITUTION: About 0.01W10wt/vol%, preferably about 0.1W2wt/vol% hydroxylpropyl cellulose having an average molecular weight of about 10,000W300,000 is added to about 0.1W10wt/vol% urokinaze-containing solution, and pH of the solution adjusted to 6W9, if necessary. The solution is is heat-treated at 50W70°C, preferably 60W65°C for 10W12hr to make virsus inactive.
