Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve fuel consumption at deceleration by opening a control valve connected to an air feed pipe which opens into a suction port downstream a throttle valve, at a running a period where a suction negative pressure is great, thereby allowing a great quantity of air into the suction port.
CONSTITUTION: Is installed an air feed pipe 50 which bypasses a venturi 58 and a throttle valve 45 within a carburetor 41 to connect an air cleaner 51 with a suction manifold 47.
