Abstract
PURPOSE:To accomplish a highly accurate diagnosis by two-dimensional array of plural kind of ultrasonic vibrators varied in the vibration frequency. CONSTITUTION:The first and second ultrasonic vibrator blocks 1 and 2 in which a plurality of the ultrasonic vibrators in the same kind are arranged in a linear array are arranged adjacent to each other in the direction perpendicular to the linear array. The ultrasonic vibrator blocks 1 and 2 are each provided with piezo-electric vibrators varied in the thickness. Thus, they are different in the vibration frequency. The ultrasonic vibrators 1 and 2 are separately charged to provide respective dislocation information of the test object and moving speed information of the organization thereof.
