Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect caused by the erroneous identification, by subtracting the value of the memory element selected based on the presumed identification value of the 2nd data from the 1st data and at the same time selecting zero in case the 2nd data is near the signal identifying border line. CONSTITUTION:The error candidate detection output is generated by preidentifying circuit 1 in case the 2nd data is near the signal identifying border line; and otherwise the presumed identification value is delivered by circuit 1 respectively. Then zero is selected to the error candidate detection output; and the values of memory elements 30-33 are selected to the presumed identification value. Then the selected value is subtracted from the 1st data in block 2, and then the presumed identification is given to the 1st data based on the subtracted value. Furthermore, the difference of the values before and after the presumed identification given to the 1st data is detected by block 5. Thus a correction is given to the output of memory circuit 3'' based on the difference detected above.
