Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a red hot state of a flame having no irregular parts when gas is choked at the outside of an external flame tube in a gas burner wherein an internal flame tube, an external flame tube, and a heat shileding tube are concentrically provided by facing the lowest burning holes of the external burning tube upward, the differentiating the diameters of the upper and lower parts of the inner tube from each other.

CONSTITUTION: The inner flame tube 18 and the outer flame tube 19 are coupled to a burner 20, and the heat shielding tube 22 on which a heat resistant glass 21 is placed is concentrically provided at the outside thereof. Many holes are provided in both inner and outer tubes 18 and 19. The small holes at the lower part of the inner flame tube 18 are air holes 31, and the upper holes whose diameters are larger than said air hole 31 are burning holes 32. The diameter of the tube where the the air holes 31 are provided on the inner flame tube 18 is smaller than the diameter of the tube where the burning holes 31 are provided at the upper part. Small air holes 33 are provided at the lower part of the outer flame tube, and the burning holes 34 are provided at the upper part. In this case, the lowest level of the burning holes 34 is provided at a convex belt part 35 at the middle part of the outer flame tube 19, and the holes 34 face upward.
