Abstract

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical preparation of fatty corpuscle for oral administration, capable of showing high effects for a long time by medication of a small amount of a drug, obtained by adding a steroid having anti-inflammatory activities to the lacuna of fatty corpuscle.
CONSTITUTION: A steroid having anti-inflammatory activities (e.g., hydrocortisone, predonisolone, etc.) is added to the lacuna of fatty corpuscle (ribosome) prepared from phospholipid, to give a pharmaceutical preparation of fatty corpuscle. Dextran, albumin, etc. as stabilizers are preferably added to the inside and/or outside of the fatty corpuscle. The amount of the stabilizer added is 0.5W10pts.wt. based on 1pt.wt. lipid. A method wherein a film obtained from a lipid is brought into contact with a solution of steroid, etc. are used as the method of preparation. The pharmaceutical preparation is manufactured into oral drugs, e.g., tablets, capsules, suspension, etc. for use.
