Abstract

PURPOSE: To pevent the production of void between surface member and polyurethane foamed body by a method wherein permeable material is laid for molding between the surface member and the polyurethane foamed body.
CONSTITUTION: In the integral forming a permeable material 4 is laid between the surface member 1 and the polyurethane foamed body 2. When a polyol component and an isocyanate compound foam and react, the foams are diffused by the permeable material 4 and part of them are exhausted out of the molded body. Therefore, the voids are not in danger of occurring between the surface member 1 and the polyurethane foamed body 2 and high surface value is given to the facing material which requires appearance and light resistane.
