Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a reliable multipoint temperature measurement for the inside of a rotary body and reduce the number of the parts needed therefor by devising both the method of fitting a temperature detector and the method of converting the signal therefrom into an FM electric wave and drawing out the same, and moreover using a multiplexer jointly therewith. CONSTITUTION:A hollow tube 3 is inserted into an inner hole 2 in the central part of a rotary body 1. A pressure piece 8 is attached to said tube in such a manner that the expansion and contraction of the inner hole 2 can be absorbed. Moreover, a temperature detector 16 is provided through a hole 15. The temperature signal is transmitted through a conductor 17 to a transmitter 21 provided at the end part of the rotary body 1 and converted into an FM electric wave before being drawn out to the outside. In case of multipoint measurement, a multiplexer 32 is used which is supplied with power from an external power source 25 by the electromagnetic induction between a primary coil 27 and a secondary coil 28. The signals from respective temperature detectors 16a, 16b and 16c are transmitted from a transmitting antenna 22 as electric waves having frequencies slightly different from each other and received by means of a receiving antenna 34 before being processed. Thereby, enabling to perform a reliable multipoint temperature measurement, which needs a less number of parts.
