CONSTITUTION:An input transducer 11 with weighting and a regular-type output transducer 12 are formed on a piezoelectric substrate 10. At the same time, plural capacity equivalent elements 12 consisting of the striped electrodes are distributed outside a surface wave propagating line 13. These elements 14 are connected to bonding pads 17 via bonding lines 16, and a connection is secured among the elements 14 via the lines 16. Thus the capacity value can be varied easily.
