The exciting signals phi1-phi4 are gated each by a gate pulse GP, so that driving signals phi1-phi4 applied to the driving circuit 3 are turned to signals narrowed in the width by the gate pulse GP, and the supply of the driving current pulse is finished before the following phase advanced pulse reaches or the next drive is carried out.
