Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of optical parts used and make the camera compact by paralleling the optical axis of a front eye part observing system to the optical axis of a fundus photographing system thereby decreasing the diffracting times of the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:Stationary mirrors 25, 26 are inserted between an objective lens 10 and a holed mirror 9, thereby forming a part of a dark field lighting system, a fundus photographing system and a fundus observing system. Further, a relay lens 20 and a movable mirror 28 are inserted between a movable mirror 27 and an eyepiece 16, and at the time of the front eye part observation, the movable mirrors 27, 28 are set in broken line positions. While the front eye part 3 is being observed by naked eyes, the objective lens 10 is adjusted, thence while the fundus 2 is being observed, a relay lens 13 is adjusted; thereafter the fundus image is photographed on a film plane 14 by using a strobe light source 11. Hence, the optical axes of the front eye part observation systems 27, 20, 16 and the fundus photographing systems 26, 9, 13, 14 are paralleled, the number of parts is reduced and the camera is made compact.
