Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a smooth rotary movement of a printing paper and to enable a printer to be reduced in a paper-drawing load thereof, by a method wherein the printing paper in a roll is held by providing with rollers at a cover which is openably positioned at the electronic apparatus with a printing device which prints on said printing paper.
CONSTITUTION: Where the printing paper 9a in a large roll diameter is held, rollers are rotatably located at a printing paper support portion of the cover 46, and this permits the smooth rotary movement which is effected by feeding the printing paper 9a to a printer 10 in such a manner as supports the paper at 2-point. When the printing paper 9a in a large roll diameter is consumed by printing operation of the printer 10, and as a result, a roll diameter thereof becomes small, a printing paper 9b is not in 2-point contact with the rollers 81 and 82. But the printing roller can make contact with the cover 4b. This permits the reduction in a paper-drawing force of the printer 10 in comparison with conventional types.
