In addition, a supply pressure for resisting against an electric discharge pressure is set at 10-100kg/cm<2>. Since the processing volume is determined by an energy applied to a processing clearance, a detection signal for processing power from a detection circuit 11 is inputted to a control circuit 10, controlling valves 8, 9, so that a processing liquid flow becomes the optimal value according to a processing volume. If controlled in this way, it is possible to remarkably improve processing velocity even under the same machining conditions.
