Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain many kinds of management information that users require by providing an ordinary departmental totalizers and by further adding a subdepartmental totalizer set to different classifying specification from it. CONSTITUTION:Keyboard 1 is provided with numeric keys 2, department keys 3 for classification by commodities, subdepartmental keys 4, control switches 8, etc., and data from those keys are written in RAM13 through CPU11. Then, RAM13 is provided with departmental totalizer 14 which totalizes and stores sales data in each commodity department, subdepartmental totalizer 15 which totalizes and stores sales data by kinds in one optional department, numeric register 16, address register 13, etc. With the keys 2, the code of a subdepartment is stored in register 16 and then the keys 4 are pushed to transfer the address of the code, stored in register 16 for the subdepartment, to register 13. With keys 2, the amount of money of a commodity is registered in register 16 and then keys 3 are pushed to add together the amount of money in register 16 and the total of a subdepartment assigned by register 13, and the total of a department assigned by the keys 3 through totalizers 15 and 14.
