CONSTITUTION:This is provided with one or plural pieces of storage devices storing the sentence data constituting plural sets of sentences indicating at least part of the information to be announced to the operator based on the input information, such as the information on the operations of keys 142-1418, the detections of sensors in the respective parts of the recorder and the like, to be applied to a microcomputer, and the readout program datas for outputting the sentence data of respective sets in correspondence to the input information. Also, this is provided with a read and write memory which memorizes at least character codes of the readout sentence data, a character generator which generates the picture signal of the characters generated by word codes, a read and write control unit which controls the picture signal read out of this generator, and a multiline character display device.
