The coefficient data b2 is constituted of n-2 bits and is stored in the ROM. These data b1, b2 are inputted to the arithmetic device, and the coefficient data K is calculated. When the coefficient data K is made to be provided from other data b1, b2, it is possible to omit a memory for storing the coefficient data K.
