Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the conversion time and make the cost low, by using the DA conversion circuit with binary weighting constant current for the conversion of low- order bit and using the DA conversion circuit with the time width conversion circuit for the high-order bit. CONSTITUTION:As to low-order bits D0-D6 among digital inputs D0-D11 where so much accuracy of the resistance value is not required, the current in proportion to 2<0>-2<6> is given to the capacitor C from the binary weighting constant current circuit I via the switch SW.
