Abstract

PURPOSE: To mass-produce a resin concrete decorative sheets having the same pattern consisting of arbitrary patterns by filling resin concrete blank material between a vessel affixed pasteboard having respective transfer patterns faced to the inner side and a cover body and allowing the material to cure.
CONSTITUTION: Pasteboard P having transfer patterns (f) faced to the inner side is affixed to the inside surface of a vessel E, and resin concrete blank material is filled therein to form a base platen B, on which a cover body L affixed pasteboard P in such a manner that the transfer patterns (f) face the inside surface of the vessel E is put. Thence, in this state, the base platen B is allowed to cure under the conditions of 30W180°C temp. and 10W60kg/cm2 pressures, after which the cover body L is removed, the molding is released and the pasteboard P is peeled, whereby the intended resin concrete decorative sheet is produced. This methods makes mass production of the decorative sheets having the same pattern extremely easy because the pasteboard P printed with the transfer patterns (f) is used.
