CONSTITUTION:The vertical synchronous signal of the input signal is supplied to the input terminal 7 of the vertical synchronous comparator 6, and the vertical synchronous signal of the reproduced signal is supplied to the input terminal 8. The monostable multivibrator 9 is triggered by the vertical synchronous signal of the reproduced signal. Both the output of the vibrator 9 and the vertical synchronous signal of the input signal are supplied to the NAND circuit 10. The monostable multivibrator 11 is triggered by the output of the circuit 10, and the transistor 15 is controlled by the output of the vibrator 11 to apply the disturbance of the H servo system.
