Abstract

PURPOSE: To blank a stator which does not produce any blanking strain by forming a notch to a slit edge when the width of the yoke part including the slite edge is of the specific size.
CONSTITUTION: Out of the yoke part 12 including a slit edge 11, the portion of A is narrower in the width of ring than 18mm and the curving due to bending moment is apt to occur; therefore a notch part 13 is formed to remove the residual strain near the slit edge. The portion of B is ≥18mm in the width of ring and curving due to large inertia moment of section does not occur; therefore, there is no need for forming any notch etc. in order to remove the residual strain near the slit edge. With such a stator 10, the production of blanking strains due to bending moment is suppressed.
